The technician, Jose, quickly determined the problem was a malfunction of our Nest thermostat; replaced it with a different brand and the AC came on immediately. Jose was polite and respectful the entire time. We will be using Armor again!

Huge thank you to Pablo for taking care of my AC! He added Freon, sealed things up, and made sure a long-term fix is in place by ordering new coils. Super professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain in a way that I could understand. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers!

Armor Heat and Air did such a great job! Everytime I call them, the call me by name! They came out on a Saturday within a few hours of calling, which is awesome for the weekend! I’m very happy with my service!

Update 1/26/26: Same service as ten years ago. Huge shout out to John at Armor. Heat stopped working during Snow-mageddon. Showed up with the exact part needed and bam, back in business.

They are outstanding. Show up on time. Explane what they are going to do and are in and out and the job is completed. Worked on my daughter's air conditioner had it running in no time and did not charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them

Called for problems with heating. They had someone at my house within two hours. Fixed in 20 minutes. Explained things, very kind, professional, personable serviceman. They installed the unit and stand by their work. I have and will continue to recommend armor.

I live in Colorado and my parents live in NWA. I was down to visit for Thanksgiving and they didn’t have heat. We called several different companies and weren’t able to find help. We called ARMOR and they sent Jose (technician) out to the house, fixed the issue, and had them warmed up ALL IN THE SAME DAY! They were polite, they were fast, efficient, and most of all, it DID NOT cost an arm and a leg. I’m VERY happy with ARMOR. 10/10 recommend. We will use them for ALL of our HVAC needs. Called Sunday morning because my heater quit working the night before. They had someone at my house within a few hours. The tech was very nice and explained to me everything he was doing and why. He got the thing running in less than 20 minutes just in time for the freezing temps to hit. Will definitely use them again.
