Very professional and punctual
It’s never a great time to have your A/C go out, but knowing that we can call anytime after hours with problems makes things less stressful. We have always had great experiences with Armor and this was our second “emergency” call we had to make after hours. John was so helpful over the weekend with getting options and an estimate for a new system. The two gentlemen that installed our new system today (I didn’t catch their names), were polite and professional!

We would have moved forward with our service but we have not been able to get a call back so far since we left the initial review a couple of weeks ago. We have spoke with personnel and left messages for a return call with no response. It’s unfortunate because we were very comfortable with the plan. They have great reviews so, hopefully, our case is an exception.John gave us the most clear and thorough explanation of our issues. We understood exactly what he was going to do and why it would help. John didn’t try to upsell us. In fact, he told us to wait on certain things we thought we were going to have to purchase. He wanted to see if a simple fix could help our issues first. This was so different than other experiences where we had been told we would need anything from parts that couldn’t be found to a 25k system. John earned our trust and business through patience, explanations, and not rushing to expensive options. We would highly recommend.

Estimate for entire new unit was accurate and they were interested in what I wanted rather than selling me the most expensive equipment. Installation was on-time,quick and seamless. Thanks

I have lived in NWA for the past 38 years and have used several of the local Heating and Air companies in that time. I recently contacted Armor Heating and Air to service one of our AC units that was not cooling as it should. Our service tech Bryant, was extremely professional, friendly and competent....He solved our issue with a simple solution whereas a different company diagnosed the issue as a freon leak that was not able to find. Bryant followed up 45 days later with a visit (at no charge) to check on our system to find it was working as it should. Any other issues that come up, I will definitely contact Armor again and so should you!

Pablo came and fixed my new Trane unit. He was very polite, knowledgeable and the repair was done quickly.

Excellent service with a very knowledgeable staff.. Very reasonable prices and a well professional technician who came out and explained in detail the problem with my a/c unit and fixed the problem in a fast amount of time.. Pablo was our technician and he was absolutely amazing. He came out when we called and had an issue with our air conditioner and the next day he came out and by himself and fixed it and our Armor Heating And Air is just wonderful. Both my furnace and ac went out at once. Called for an appt and was offered my first choice of time and date. Tech arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed within 10 -15 minutes.. He gave me an understandable explanation of the problems and had the parts needed in the truck.Excellent service, price and scheduling. They have my business and highly recommend!

The technician did a very thorough job checking my A/C to make sure the entire system was working properly. Additionally, he shared some tips regarding the thermostat and what it means if the screen goes blank. He also replaced my air filters which I really appreciated because they are in the ceiling and changing them requires a ladder.

Armor Heating and Air Specialists are the best the area. They are efficient and honest, and everyone I have dealt at Armor has been very friendly. I have been using their services since we purchased our heating system from them eight years ago. I would not trust any other company to service my heat pump.

I had been using a different company for the past 4 months with the same issue that they couldnt seem to figure out. Bryant came out and thoroughly assessed the issue and was able to find the clogged pipe and fix it!! Thank you!!

I was having trouble with my AC cooling. I saw one of Armor’s trucks at my neighbors house a couple of days prior to my AC failing to cool. I called my neighbor, and they said they were absolutely pleased with the work and speed getting to their house, and that the technician was very kind and informative.I called Armor on the weekend, and spoke with the Service Manager, John, who scheduled an appointment to come to our house quickly. He told me that our AC had a slow leak, so he added Freon and told me that we should see how long the AC continued to cool, and that would determine what work was ultimately going to be required.We’re still waiting for the AC to stop cooling, and then I will call them back and see what we need to do next. I was very pleased with the results and information I received. I will definitely call them back and let them do whatever work is needed. They are definitely our AC guys now!

Solved an electrical problem by locating a very slight (almost invisible) abrasion in a hidden wire that was causing a fuse to blow. Great detective work!

January 2025 apt. Frozen excess water pipe. Tech was right on time and very pleasant. Anyone who lets me follow them around, explains everything and lets me help is excellent in my book. The heat tape wasn’t plugged in but didn’t seem to work anymore after it was electrified so there you go. He bailed out the excess water and we were all goodWe have used Armor three times and each time an appointment has been immediately set, the tech was on time, professional and the problems resolved. Also the tech explained what was being done, educating us in the process.February 2021 during the storm this month one of our heaters shut down. Armour came out and it turns out there are outlets on the heaters that need to be plugged in to keep pipe from freezing, who knew. We had no such thing in New Mexico. We were just charged a service call and will definitely sign up for the annual maintenance plan this spring.
