Came out to my garage to find water running out of a pipe in my ceiling, I went into immediate panic mode. Called Armor and John talked me off the ledge and told me what to do—most likely clog in outside drainage pipe. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. So next day I called and set up an appointment. Hosea came out and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Both John and Hosea were so gracious and patient. Great team.

Alex came after hours to repair our AC unit. He did a great job, quickly assessed the issue, a blown capacitor and he replaced it. Very grateful to get AC back working. Very quick response time. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Armor Heating and Air for almost 10 years now. They always respond fast, they are very professional and leave no mess behind. For example, this winter my furnace broke amid cold storm. I lost heat around midnight, I called them first thing in the morning and they sent someone right away. In 2 hours from the time I called them, my furnace was working again! Over the years, they did all kind work for me: repaired my furnace, repaired my AC, replaced my AC, did maintenance. I have always been very happy with their service.

The technician, Jose, quickly determined the problem was a malfunction of our Nest thermostat; replaced it with a different brand and the AC came on immediately. Jose was polite and respectful the entire time. We will be using Armor again!

Called for problems with heating. They had someone at my house within two hours. Fixed in 20 minutes. Explained things, very kind, professional, personable serviceman. They installed the unit and stand by their work. I have and will continue to recommend armor.
