Update 1/26/26: Same service as ten years ago. Huge shout out to John at Armor. Heat stopped working during Snow-mageddon. Showed up with the exact part needed and bam, back in business.
Original post 10yrs ago: Excellent! Always on time, quality work & honest. They installed a complete heat and air unit for a house we built. Offered several options that would fit our budget. Would recommend them to anyone!

I live in Colorado and my parents live in NWA. I was down to visit for Thanksgiving and they didn’t have heat. We called several different companies and weren’t able to find help. We called ARMOR and they sent Jose (technician) out to the house, fixed the issue, and had them warmed up ALL IN THE SAME DAY! They were polite, they were fast, efficient, and most of all, it DID NOT cost an arm and a leg. I’m VERY happy with ARMOR. 10/10 recommend. We will use them for ALL of our HVAC needs. Sincerely, thank you guys so so so so much!

Called Sunday morning because my heater quit working the night before. They had someone at my house within a few hours. The tech was very nice and explained to me everything he was doing and why. He got the thing running in less than 20 minutes just in time for the freezing temps to hit. Will definitely use them again.

August 2025 main unit stopped working at 10pm. Called 8am left detailed voicemail message as to problem. Got a text setting up apt that day. Drained water, added some refrigerant. Love that they squeeze me in when I call. Tech was very professional and gave me some tips, like changing filters more often 😵‍💫

January 2025 apt. Frozen excess water pipe. Tech was right on time and very pleasant. Anyone who lets me follow them around, explains everything and lets me help is excellent in my book. The heat tape wasn’t plugged in but didn’t seem to work anymore after it was electrified so there you go. He bailed out the excess water and we were all good

We have used Armor three times and each time an appointment has been immediately set, the tech was on time, professional and the problems resolved. Also the tech explained what was being done, educating us in the process.

February 2021 during the storm this month one of our heaters shut down. Armour came out and it turns out there are outlets on the heaters that need to be plugged in to keep pipe from freezing, who knew. We had no such thing in New Mexico. We were just charged a service call and will definitely sign up for the annual maintenance plan this spring.

Armor Heating & Air was so helpful!!! I called 5 local companies to describe what was going on with our AC. The other companies said they would have to send a tech out to diagnose what was wrong based off of my description.
