My air conditioner went out around 6:00 PM during the week. I called over 20 companies to come out and see if they could get it turned back on and fixed. Armor heating and air was the only one that said yes they could come same day after hours. Bryant came in troubleshoot the situation found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. Bryant came timely was very friendly. He educated me on options and was very polite and professional. Thank you so much.

I signed up for a yearly service plan with this company, which includes two maintenance visits per year, one for each season. The idea behind such a plan is peace of mind—knowing that my heating and air system is regularly serviced without me having to think about it. Unfortunately, this company has consistently failed to deliver on that promise.Not only have I had to call and remind them to schedule every single visit, but they actually completely missed one season's service altogether. When I followed up, they ended up doing both visits in a single session, which defeats the purpose of seasonal maintenance.Despite their inability to maintain a schedule, I have never had an issue with the technicians themselves or the service they’ve provided—once they were actually dispatched. The technicians have always been professional and thorough, but that doesn’t make up for the hassle of having to chase the company down every time service is due.The whole point of paying for a maintenance plan is to avoid exactly this kind of hassle. If I have to manage the scheduling myself and still can’t trust that they’ll get it right, then what's the point? I’d rather invest my money, time, and trust in a company that can actually keep up with a calendar. This experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable, hassle-free service.

The technician, Jose, quickly determined the problem was a malfunction of our Nest thermostat; replaced it with a different brand and the AC came on immediately. Jose was polite and respectful the entire time. We will be using Armor again!

Very pleased with Bryant and how fast he diagnosed the issue with my A/C. He was in and out in 15 min and only had to pay service charge since part was under warranty. I will definitely call Armour for all my A/C needs in the future.

I was very happy with the service I received today. Pablo, the service technician showed up on time and quickly identified the issue and made the repairs. I believe the charges were adequate and appreciate them working in a new client on the same day in this horrible heat. The office staff was also very friendly when I made the call to request Service. My a/c went out on a Saturday, and Armor had it fixed by Monday. They probably would've fixed it sooner, but I didn't need to do an after hours/weekend call. I used the online form to request an appointment, and the office reached out via email first thing Monday morning. Great customer service and great pricing. Tech even waited a little bit for someone to show up to the house (I was at work and didn't see the head's up text before he arrived, so I had to get someone to meet him for me).

I called Armor to take a look at my A/C unit that was not cooling, and I wish I had never called them. They sent a technician with only a few weeks of experience and he couldn't figure out what was wrong with my unit so the assumption was that it was just low on coolant. I was doubtful but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. $200 down the drain and the A/C unit still wasn't working so I called them the next day and they wanted me to pay another $90 service fee just for them to drive back out and look at my unit again, as if it was my fault that the technician couldn't diagnose the problem correctly in the first place. I understand the technician was new and still learning, but they should really consider that when they ask a customer to pay another service fee for the same problem they couldn't address. They clearly lack customer service skills and do not care about their clients. I understand every business makes mistakes, but they refused to make this right and that kind of establishment does not deserve anyone's business in this economy! I decided to call another local business, who sent someone much more experienced and they quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. I do not recommend Armor Heating and Air to anyone.
