Both my furnace and ac went out at once. Called for an appt and was offered my first choice of time and date. Tech arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed within 10 -15 minutes.. He gave me an understandable explanation of the problems and had the parts needed in the truck.Excellent service, price and scheduling. They have my business and highly recommend!

Very professional and thoughtful throughout the process, from setting the appointment to the service visit the next day. The AC tech (Cade) provided excellent service and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how it was addressed. They were suggested to me by a neighbor- a lifelong Fayetteville resident- so their history is a solid one.

My air conditioner went out around 6:00 PM during the week. I called over 20 companies to come out and see if they could get it turned back on and fixed. Armor heating and air was the only one that said yes they could come same day after hours. Bryant came in troubleshoot the situation found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. I had been using a different company for the past 4 months with the same issue that they couldnt seem to figure out. Bryant came out and thoroughly assessed the issue and was able to find the clogged pipe and fix it!! Thank you!!

I signed up for a yearly service plan with this company, which includes two maintenance visits per year, one for each season. The idea behind such a plan is peace of mind—knowing that my heating and air system is regularly serviced without me having to think about it. Unfortunately, this company has consistently failed to deliver on that promise.Not only have I had to call and remind them to schedule every single visit, but they actually completely missed one season's service altogether. When I followed up, they ended up doing both visits in a single session, which defeats the purpose of seasonal maintenance.Despite their inability to maintain a schedule, I have never had an issue with the technicians themselves or the service they’ve provided—once they were actually dispatched. The technicians have always been professional and thorough, but that doesn’t make up for the hassle of having to chase the company down every time service is due.The whole point of paying for a maintenance plan is to avoid exactly this kind of hassle. If I have to manage the scheduling myself and still can’t trust that they’ll get it right, then what's the point? I’d rather invest my money, time, and trust in a company that can actually keep up with a calendar. This experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable, hassle-free service.

The technician, Jose, quickly determined the problem was a malfunction of our Nest thermostat; replaced it with a different brand and the AC came on immediately. Jose was polite and respectful the entire time. We will be using Armor again!
