I was having trouble with my AC cooling. I saw one of Armor’s trucks at my neighbors house a couple of days prior to my AC failing to cool. I called my neighbor, and they said they were absolutely pleased with the work and speed getting to their house, and that the technician was very kind and informative.I called Armor on the weekend, and spoke with the Service Manager, John, who scheduled an appointment to come to our house quickly. He told me that our AC had a slow leak, so he added Freon and told me that we should see how long the AC continued to cool, and that would determine what work was ultimately going to be required.We’re still waiting for the AC to stop cooling, and then I will call them back and see what we need to do next. I was very pleased with the results and information I received. I will definitely call them back and let them do whatever work is needed. They are definitely our AC guys now!
Purely professional, full of kindness and very timely. Bryant came to take care of us as two a/c units (one main and one split) went out. I had a few estimates (even one company saying it needed a complete replacement). It ended up needing a couple gallons of Freon. Instead of 6k, we spent $225. The honesty of this company and helping clients save money keeps me their client. I'm so glad I found them and I have signed up for a maintenance plan (that they never pushed).
Came after hours for a great price and got us up and running!

Fast Quality Service! Our service technician was extremely professional and showed up at the scheduled time. He fixed the issue and then took the time to explain in-depth next steps for us. We did not feel pressured in any way and we will continue to use and recommend Armor heating & air services to all.

Tech came to check HVAC Unit before summer. Went through the system, explained what he was doing.

Prompt service but relatively incomplete and extremely expensive. I called them 3 times for the same issue and got charged about $220 for each call, claiming they needed to install a new component each call. The retail cost of each of the 3 components replaced is about $20 each and the time it took their tech was about 30 minutes each instance. They have definitely lost my business.

After having a tech out from another company several times who said they were unable to repair my unit, the tech came out confirmed all is working and was polite as well as professional. Service call was reasonable. Recommed their service

These guys are the best. From their service teams to their installation teams. Our AC bit the dust last year, and after some bad experiences with other HVAC companies, we gave Armor a call. Great price. Great communication. Great follow up. Just all around great service from a great company.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the technician that came out to evaluate our HVAC unit. He was very thorough and explained our options. He was not pushy and was very informative. He repaired our issue and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Armor Heating and Air is the one to call in NWA if you have an air conditioning issue that needs fixed quickly! Within 24 hour service completed after call for an appointment and very affordable service charges. My technician was awesome and I will use them in the future for any heat or air system issues!

They had done service work for me several years ago and we were impressed. Called for pre- summer service inspection and was offered next morning service time at 8 am! Never expected that quick of service. We will also have them back in the fall for pre-fall service inspection. Good company.

My service tech, Bryant, was very knowledgable about my system and was able to identify the source issue within minutes. He had my system up and running in no time at all and my bill was very reasonable!This was my 2nd time calling Armor and Ii will continue to call them for my A/C and Heating needs.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Cade came out to repair our very old unit, instead of spending money to put a band aid on it he gave us a very reasonable quote along with a Military Service Member discount. Omar & Edgar came out the very next day and installed a brand new unit. They were very professional and did a great job. We would highly recommend using Armor Heating & Air

We had a new unit installed on 4/3. It was still chilly in the evenings then, so I was able to test the heat. I noticed it was blowing cooler air vs previous (much older) unit at same temp. Bryant came by the next day and made a few adjustments to the fan speed and it seemed to resolve most of the issue. I will have to wait until next winter to test more frigid temps, and soon will test the cooling once it gets hot.That said, Edgar and Omar did a nice job installing the unit and Bryant offered great customer service. All were kind, respectful and focused. Office staff were kind as well.

Called Armor because their online reviews were fantastic. I now agree with the reviews. Cade figured the problem out fast and fixed it fast. Invoice was very reasonable. I've not been happy with my former HVAC company. Very happy I found Armor!

I called around to price check between local heating and air companies and Armor Heating & Air was the best priced! Not only best priced but they were recommended by a friend. They were actually able to get me in same day which is a huge plus because yesterday it was 80 degrees in my house with no ac. I’m so happy with my decision to use Armor Heating & Air!

Both my furnace and ac went out at once. Called for an appt and was offered my first choice of time and date. Tech arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed within 10 -15 minutes.. He gave me an understandable explanation of the problems and had the parts needed in the truck.Excellent service, price and scheduling. They have my business and highly recommend!

From the initial call and conversation to the visit by the service technician, Armor Heating & Air did everything they could to empower me as a homeowner. During the initial call, instead of immediately setting up a service call, they explained possible causes of my issue and how I could fix them myself. As I wasn't very comfortable with HVAC repair work, I scheduled them to come out- even after this, they said if I did get it to work, they would cancel the service call. The entire time the technician was here, he was happy to educate me about how I can resolve this on my own in the future, as well as other things to look for. He even took the time to explain the components of my furnace! Not only was I thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of this company, I now have more knowledge and the ability to correct problems on my own in the future.My experience- A++++ service, and they REALLY seem to care about their customers.
