If I could give them 10 stars I would. Cade came out to repair our very old unit, instead of spending money to put a band aid on it he gave us a very reasonable quote along with a Military Service Member discount. Omar & Edgar came out the very next day and installed a brand new unit. They were very professional and did a great job. We would highly recommend using Armor Heating & Air

We had a new unit installed on 4/3. It was still chilly in the evenings then, so I was able to test the heat. I noticed it was blowing cooler air vs previous (much older) unit at same temp. Bryant came by the next day and made a few adjustments to the fan speed and it seemed to resolve most of the issue. I will have to wait until next winter to test more frigid temps, and soon will test the cooling once it gets hot.That said, Edgar and Omar did a nice job installing the unit and Bryant offered great customer service. All were kind, respectful and focused. Office staff were kind as well.

Called Armor because their online reviews were fantastic. I now agree with the reviews. Cade figured the problem out fast and fixed it fast. Invoice was very reasonable. I've not been happy with my former HVAC company. Very happy I found Armor!

I called around to price check between local heating and air companies and Armor Heating & Air was the best priced! Not only best priced but they were recommended by a friend. They were actually able to get me in same day which is a huge plus because yesterday it was 80 degrees in my house with no ac. I’m so happy with my decision to use Armor Heating & Air!

Both my furnace and ac went out at once. Called for an appt and was offered my first choice of time and date. Tech arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed within 10 -15 minutes.. He gave me an understandable explanation of the problems and had the parts needed in the truck.Excellent service, price and scheduling. They have my business and highly recommend!

From the initial call and conversation to the visit by the service technician, Armor Heating & Air did everything they could to empower me as a homeowner. During the initial call, instead of immediately setting up a service call, they explained possible causes of my issue and how I could fix them myself. As I wasn't very comfortable with HVAC repair work, I scheduled them to come out- even after this, they said if I did get it to work, they would cancel the service call. The entire time the technician was here, he was happy to educate me about how I can resolve this on my own in the future, as well as other things to look for. He even took the time to explain the components of my furnace! Not only was I thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of this company, I now have more knowledge and the ability to correct problems on my own in the future.My experience- A++++ service, and they REALLY seem to care about their customers.

Responded within 4 hours to fix A/C unit. Can't ask for better response on 6 July when most other heating and air services are quoting days or not even giving an estimated date/time. Very knowledgeable representative who was able to provide answers to all my questions and also provided a cost estimate for a new HVAC System. Our present system is seventeen plus years old.Thank you for your quick response and for your very knowledgeable service person.

I am the owner and president of Celtic Construction Inc. I've been using Armor Heating and Air ever since my old installer sold out to AirCo. I was very disappointed in AirCo's service and communication and moved all my custom projects, including my own personal home, to Armor. I've been extremely pleased with the workmanship of their installers and recently had one of their maintenance men at my home for an AC repair. They are responsive, honest, and deliver quality work. Obviously, I highly recommend them, or I wouldn't be using them on my custom home projects.

I had Armor Heat & Air install a new HVAC unit in October, the installers Omar and Edgar did a great job. They were professional and made an effort not to track in the fall leaves, and cleaned up everything after they were done. It took them all day and I have no idea how they were able to get the Air Handler in the crawl space but they did it. Today I woke up and my hose was chilly, like 58 degrees chilly. I called first thing this morning and they were able to get Jose out here before lunch. It was an easy fix of Enabling a setting on the thermostat but Jose made sure double check the units to confirm that was the only issue. Again another professional who was diligent and attentive. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Did a great job installing our new furnace and dealing with and fixing as best as possible a faulty duct system. Travis was great to work with and did a great job explaining options. The price for work done worked nicely with our budget. I would highly recommend Armor Heating and Air!
