I called them at noon and by 4pm my heat and air was fixed, I absolutely recommend Armor heatband air.
January 2025 apt. Frozen excess water pipe. Tech was right on time and very pleasant. Anyone who lets me follow them around, explains everything and lets me help is excellent in my book. The heat tape wasn’t plugged in but didn’t seem to work anymore after it was electrified so there you go. He bailed out the excess water and we were all goodWe have used Armor three times and each time an appointment has been immediately set, the tech was on time, professional and the problems resolved. Also the tech explained what was being done, educating us in the process.February 2021 during the storm this month one of our heaters shut down. Armour came out and it turns out there are outlets on the heaters that need to be plugged in to keep pipe from freezing, who knew. We had no such thing in New Mexico. We were just charged a service call and will definitely sign up for the annual maintenance plan this spring.

My wife and I own a daycare and had an issue with the heat. They came out quickly and were able to diagnose the problem and repair right away!

This company is extremely customer oriented. Having moved to the area recently, I contacted them from hearing others recommendations. They have been diligent in keeping our unit running. Bryant, our tech today, was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, respectfulI, and got our heat back on with full explanation of his work. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I called before their office had office had even opened because our heater stopped working. John immediately returned my call and Pablo was at our front door in a matter of a few hours. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you all so much!!

I am not one to leave negative reviews; however I feel that others should know about the poor service I received. I contacted Armor Heating & Air in regards to repairs/maintenance on my mini-split system. They were quick in scheduling someone to come out to take a look and give me a quote. The next day a nice gentleman came to the house and inspected the scope of work, and told me that it was an easy fix and that he would send a quote. 5 days later I still had not yet received a quote. I called and the receptionist apologized and said they would be emailing me by the end of the day. 2 more days past, still no quote. I sent an email, but received no response. The weekend past, and Monday morning I called again. No answer, so I left a voicemail. I never received a call back. I then followed up yet once more with a phone call. Again, no answer so I left another voicemail. This was nearly two months ago and I still have not been sent a quote or a call back. I am not sure the reason behind this, but was disappointed in the service I received.

Both my furnace and ac went out at once. Called for an appt and was offered my first choice of time and date. Tech arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed within 10 -15 minutes.. He gave me an understandable explanation of the problems and had the parts needed in the truck.Excellent service, price and scheduling. They have my business and highly recommend!

Very professional and thoughtful throughout the process, from setting the appointment to the service visit the next day. The AC tech (Cade) provided excellent service and did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how it was addressed. They were suggested to me by a neighbor- a lifelong Fayetteville resident- so their history is a solid one.

Service call was answered quickly. Serviceman was here within the timeframe I was given. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Took care of everything right away and my air conditioner was up and running in no time.
